Fix the root cause of pain — not just the symptoms.

Most health systems treat problems in isolation. Your body doesn't work in parts — it works in unison. We merge advanced biomechanics with fascia science, elite conditioning from Sweden and soft tissue expertise from Italy.

Symptoms persist

Many people live in a grey zone — where symptoms exist, but tests show nothing. At INPEAK we believe fascia holds the answers. It reveals hidden connections in the body, helping us treat the root cause rather than the site of the pain.

01 — What fascia actually is One continuous system · three depths

Your scan came
back normal —
because scans
don't show fascia.

Loose, fluid and densely innervated. When hyaluronic acid thickens, glide is lost and the layer densifies — and the nervous system reports threat long before any structure fails.

Presents as → diffuse, hard-to-localise ache

Deep fascia handles load transfer along the kinetic chain. It is how a restriction in the calf becomes a shoulder that will not rotate. We map those chains under movement, not on a static table.

Presents as → pain distant from its cause

The peritoneum suspends and tethers the organs. Restriction here alters peristalsis and mechanical digestion — which is why IBS, bloating and period pain sit inside our scope, not outside it.

Presents as → IBS, bloating, period pain, trunk stiffness

02 — What we treat All conditions →

Pain shows up where
load breaks down —
not where it started.

You're told it's just wear and tear, or age, or your diet. It usually isn't. Most people arrive here after imaging came back clean and treatment gave temporary relief.

C01 Chronic back & hip pain Usually a pelvis that has stopped sharing load. We screen gait, breath and hip rotation before touching the lumbar spine.
C02 IBS, bloating & digestive symptoms Restriction in the trunk and peritoneum alters peristalsis and mechanical digestion. Diet is rarely the whole story.
C03 Period pain & pelvic discomfort Fascial restriction through the abdomen and pelvis may contribute to dysmenorrhoea. Assessed as part of the trunk, not in isolation.
C04 Neck, shoulder & headache patterns Cervical tension is frequently a breathing pattern in disguise. We restore rib and diaphragm mechanics first.
C05 Knee instability & post-surgical restriction Scar tissue reorganises the pull of everything around it. Mobility returns when the surrounding network is released, not forced.
C06 Recurring strains & performance plateaus Output is capped by the least efficient link in the chain. Find it and the ceiling moves without adding training volume.

IBS that started out of nowhere

Old injuries, surgery and scoliosis can restrict the fascia around the digestive organs. When diet plans and probiotics have failed, this is the question nobody asked.
